Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online sales of herbs, teas and infusions offered by SHEN QI MAI on its website.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Delivery charges are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Article 3 – Orders

Confirming an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and a firm and final undertaking to pay.

Article 4 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the products in which to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.

Important exception:
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed or whose pouch has been opened, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

An opened sealed pouch cannot therefore be the subject of a withdrawal.

Article 5 – Returns and refunds

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Return postage is payable by the customer.
  • The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned products.

Article 6 – Statutory guarantees

The products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against latent defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Article 7 – Delivery

Delivery times are indicated when the order is placed. SHEN QI MAI cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

Delivery is free within mainland France from €79 of purchase, for any order whose shipped parcel does not exceed 5 kg, packaging included.

Above that weight, delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to the actual weight and the destination.

Article 8 – Protection of personal data (GDPR)

Personal data collected when an order is placed is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 – Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the district of SHEN QI MAI’s registered office.
