Preparation & dispatch
Your orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours from France. A confirmation email, then a tracking number, are sent to you at each stage.
Delivery options
Three options are offered, in France and in Europe:
- Pick-up point — Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 working days, from €3.90.
- Home delivery — Colissimo: 2 to 3 working days, from €5.90.
- Express — Chronopost: 24 working hours, from €12.90.
Delivery is free from €79 of purchase, to a pick-up point as well as to your home, for any parcel not exceeding 5 kg packaging included. Above that weight, charges are calculated at checkout according to the actual weight and the destination.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email. The status of your orders is also available from your customer account.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt in which to return an item to us. Return postage is payable by the customer, except where the product has a major defect, in which case BotaQi covers it in full.
Important — sealed products. For reasons of hygiene and keeping quality, herbs, teas and food products can be neither taken back nor exchanged once their sealed packaging has been opened. Only items returned in their intact original packaging can give rise to a refund.
